Adjacent to it is a strip for protection from emergency situations, ditches and metal fences that prevent animals and people from entering the highway.

Along the route there are parking lots and rest areas for drivers and passengers, shops and cafes, a gas station, telephone points for urgent calls and assistance, traffic police posts with surveillance cameras, maintenance points, road maintenance services, hydraulic structures, eco-ducts for a safe crossing of animals and transportation of agricultural machinery.

Traffic is managed by a system that collects, stores and transmits all traffic data to the traffic control service. Reports from the weather station are also sent here, including parameters such as air humidity, visibility, etc.

To order of the general contractor “AOZT Turkmen Autobahn”, the project for the construction of the highway with the improvement of the adjacent territory was carried out by “Altyn Nesil”.
