The artificial intelligence model launched on the portal of the Electronic Labor Exchange allows you to select job recommendations and resumes for job seekers and employers.

The implemented model is trained on the data of the information systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Kazakhstan. Its development uses an advanced architecture that is similar to the LinkedIn Recruiter search and recommendation system.

So, the neural network can effectively analyze the content of resumes and vacancies. This, in turn, will allow employers to quickly and accurately find suitable candidates for employment and form a talent pool, and for applicants to find suitable vacancies.
