 The new passenger Boeing 777-300 E has joined the civil aviation fleet of Turkmenistan

The new Boeing 777-300 E passenger airliner landed at Ashgabat International Airport on Monday, December 4. This is the first of two aircraft of this modification, for the purchase of which a contract was signed with the American aircraft manufacturer Boeing in accordance with the decree of the President of Turkmenistan. The arrival of the new aircraft was reported in the news release of the Turkmen State Television.

The cabin of the Boeing 777-300 E airliner is designed for 368 passengers. It is noted that special seats for a mother and an infant are equipped on board the new aircraft. For their convenience, cradles are provided, as well as necessary care products, baby supplies, etc.

The non–stop flight range of the vessel is up to 11 thousand 390 kilometers, and the cruising speed is 905 kilometers per hour.

This year, the country's air fleet has also been replenished with two Airbus A330- 200P2F cargo trucks, which are currently involved on international routes.

In the 10 months of 2023, the growth rate in the provision of services by Turkmen Airlines amounted to more than 289%.
