The Turkmen delegation discussed the development of transport infrastructure in the CIS
05.06.2023 | 01:03 |Turkmenistan was represented at the 13th session of the Sectoral Councils of the Coordinating Transport Meeting of the CIS Member States (CIS CTM), which was held in Moscow on the basis of the Russian University of Transport. This is reported by the press service of the Commonwealth.
The event was also attended by representatives of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Russia and Uzbekistan.
The parties discussed issues of interaction between the transport complexes of the states, improving the safety of transport functioning, as well as the development of transport infrastructure.
The session included separate meetings of the six sectoral councils of the Coordination Transport Meeting. In particular: meetings of the Council on Automobile and Urban Passenger Transport; the Council on Sea and Inland Water Transport; the Council on Transport Safety; the Council on Education and Science; the Council on Informatization in Transport and the Council on International Transport Corridors of the CIS.
The results of the 13th session of the CIS CCC Industry Councils will be submitted for consideration at the next meeting of the CIS CTM in October 2023.
