GoChess smart board will allow you to play chess in a completely new way
27.05.2023 | 14:05 |The Israeli startup for the development of electronic games Particula offers a "smart" GoChess chess board for duels with remote rivals or with artificial intelligence.
GoChess is equipped with a sophisticated electronic stuffing that turns a chessboard into a smart robotic gadget.
To start the game, you need to connect a special application via Bluetooth, thereby establishing a connection with a remote partner registered on one of the online chess platforms.
Then you can make the first move. When the remote partner makes a move, the piece on the real board is moved by a tiny magnetized robot located under the board.
GoChess can give hints to novice chess players. For example, picking up a piece before the next move, the player sees several of its variants, which are marked on the board with LED lights in the form of multicolored circles, where red means that the figure will be "eaten", purple means an unjustified risk, and green is the best option.
If desired, you can play a game with artificial intelligence with 32 difficulty levels. All games played and their results are stored in the device memory.
The start of GoChess sales is expected in a year.
