In honor of the 100th anniversary of the legendary Dynamo Sports society, a museum has opened in Moscow
22.04.2023 | 18:52 |A museum of the famous sports society has opened in Moscow in honor of the centenary of Dynamo. You can see the brightest victories of the legendary club and learn about those who won the highest awards in the new historical gallery in Petropavlovsk Park, RIA Novosti reports.
The organizers of the exhibition focused on football and hockey – the uniforms of players of different years, medals and cups, rare documents are presented here. There are more than 200 original exhibits on display, as well as interactive zones, quests and a media library telling about the geography and structure of the Dynamo Society. Special multimedia corridors and installations create the effect of total immersion in sports history.
Among the unique objects of the museum are the great symbols of the club's victories - the "Golden Ball" of the legendary goalkeeper Lev Yashin, the torch of the Olympic Games-80, documents and rare photographs from the archives of famous athletes.
Dynamo fans and supporters can buy souvenirs with the symbols of their favorite teams and learn about their meaning, as well as watch rare football programs and postcards.
Today Dynamo consists of 16 participating countries of the international movement, 26 clubs competing in the top leagues, and 80 sports.
Geography covers five continents, almost one and a half million people train in two thousand sections. There are sports facilities and stadiums under the letter "D" in every corner of Russia and the former USSR.
