Oriented on making people closer

The Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan has announced the beginning of the selection of applicants for training in the fields of culture and art in Russian universities for the 2023-2024 academic year. The announcement of this appeared on March 4 in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.

Applicants for selection can be citizens of Turkmenistan not older than 35 years and having secondary education. The selection is based on the results of entrance examinations on a competitive basis.

Acceptance of documents will last until March 13, 2023 at the Turkmen State Institute of Culture.

The list of required documents includes:

– application and questionnaire for citizens of Turkmenistan according to the established forms;
– questionnaire of a foreign citizen sent to study at higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation, in the prescribed form;
– certificate of secondary education (original) and its notarized copy, translated into Russian
– diploma of secondary vocational education with an insert (if available) (original) and its notarized copy translated into Russian;
– medical certificate and its notarized copy translated into Russian;
– characteristics from the last place of study or work (military unit);
– eight 3x4 photos;
– a certified copy of the employment record for employees.

In addition, it is necessary to present a passport, a military ID card or a certificate of registration to the admissions committee.

All submitted documents must have a translation into Russian.

Entrance exams will be held at the Turkmen State Institute of Culture in Ashgabat, at the address: 114, 10 yyl Abadanchylyk Street.
