Oriented on making people closer

From October 24 to 31, the European Union Culture Week will be held in Ashgabat, organized by the EU Delegation to Turkmenistan together with the embassies of France, Germany, Italy, and Romania.

The grand opening will take place on October 24 at 19:00 at the Magtymguly Drama Theater, where the choir under the direction of Vita Timermane (Latvia) will perform together with the Philharmonic Orchestra under the leadership of Rasul Klychev.

Various workshops, an exhibition of video installations, a culinary festival and an Italian language week with the participation of cultural figures from Germany, France and Latvia will also be held as part of the culture week.

To participate in master classes on artistic writing and painting on ceramics, pre-registration by phone is required (+993 64) 53-48-68. The week of the Italian language will be held in Turkmen universities with the participation of students.
