PETRONAS Carigali (Turkmenistan) Sdn Bhd is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the following vacancy:

Position: Specialist (IT Service Planning & Development) Location: Ashgabat

Job Requirements All candidates must submit full information and supporting documents that confirm the following:

Education: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a proven ability to manage IT projects in large oil and gas companies, develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, implement and track cost control measures, negotiate and manage contracts, and ensure effective service delivery.

Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English, Turkmen, and Russian.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
