 Turkmen judokas take part in the World Junior Championship

Turkmen judokas take part in the World Junior Championship, which takes place from October 4 to 7 in Odivelas (Portugal).

Fourteen athletes represent Turkmenistan at this championship. Ali Agamammedov, Mekan Ramazanov, Serdar Rakhimov, Toili Muradov, Begench Soltanov, Mammedali Achildyev and Baymurad Mayanov formed the composition of the national men’s team.

The women's team included Guzel Ynamova, Kurbanai Kurbanova, Maysa Pardaeva, Maya Nuritdinova, Zohre Jumaeva, Chinara Sabirova and Nasiba Narimanov.

It should be noted that Maysa Pardaeva, who won a bronze medal at the XIX Asian Games in Hangzhou, will perform as part of the women's team.

The World Junior Judo Championship brought together over five hundred athletes (294 men and 247 women) from 68 countries.
