Oriented on making people closer

A clear July morning. The city is waking up, and a lot of children have already gathered in one of the capital's parks. The first health festival dedicated to the year "Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar" was held here, which, despite the early time, gathered many participants and spectators. The event was organized by Sanly köpri ES and the Ashgabat park "World of Tales", better known to the citizens as Disneyland, with the support of five national sports federations and one football club.

Traditionally, the festival began with the introductory words of the organizers. Mahrijemal Gylyjova spoke on behalf of Sanly köpri, and Gulnar Babayeva represented the administration of the amusement park.

— A fairy tale is where children are. We are proud of your success! As we say, a healthy body has a healthy mind. This is the first such health festival, and it is organized for you - meet, communicate, have fun. We have prepared a lot of sports games for you, so you won't be bored!

And sure enough, it wasn't boring at all. Games, contests, performances... Let's have a closer look.

After brief greetings, a demonstration program was presented by young athletes: figure skaters, acrobats, basketball players, cyclists, hockey players and football players. Each team effectively presented its sport, charging the guests of the festival with energy and emotions.

The event continued with a musical performance – a song by the participant of the Ashgabat Francophonie-2023 and a singer of the festive concert of the French Embassy in Turkmenistan, Kristina Krasnokutskaya.

After a musical pause, various sports competitions began. The first item on this list was challenge yoga. The essence of the game is that the whole team must repeat the shown pose and stand in it for some time. If one of the participants fails, the whole team is eliminated.

This was followed by a relay race and an interesting adaptation of the time killer, familiar to everyone from early childhood: "tic-tac-toe". In the sports version of the game, you need to run to the opposite end of the selected area, take a stone painted in the color of the team, and then place it in the right cell while running back to the team.

And again a musical "break", but now performed by very young vocalists Bagrad and Sofiya.

When the contests and performances were over, the children boarded the train and departed to the final point of the festival – the photo zone. There, the participants received memorable gifts and had the opportunity to take pictures with the sponsors' mascots.

Well, at the end of a big fun holiday, a bonus was waiting for the children: until noon all the rides in the park worked for free – such a gift for children was made by the administration of the "World of Tales".

Thanking all the participants and guests, awarding the young athletes, the organizers wished them success in future competitions and in life. After the closing ceremony of the festival, the children were in no hurry to disperse, continuing their journey in the "world of tales" with new friends, impressions and aspirations.
