During the celebration of China's main national holiday, which is observed on 1 October, the first International Festival Culture and Arts “Silk Road” was ceremoniously opened in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. Tourists from around the world gathered at the Silk Road Happy World Park to immerse themselves in the rich customs of the region's countries and celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of New China.

A bust of the great Turkmen classic Magtymguly Fragi will be unveiled in the All-Russian State Library of Foreign Literature, Moscow. The ceremonial event is scheduled for the beginning of next week - September 30.
