The European Union Special Representative for Central Asia, Terhi Hakala, participated in the High Level Launching Event for the Coordination Platform of the Trans-Caspian Transport Corridor during her official visit to Turkmenistan from 3 to 4 October 2024

The collection of poems by Makhtumkuli Fragi has been translated into Kyrgyz. The book presentation took place on October 3 in Bishkek as part of the scientific and practical conference "300 Years of the Classic of Eastern Poetry Makhtumkuli Fragi." The event was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kyrgyz Republic, N. Golliyev.

The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, sent his sincere congratulations to the new Prime Minister of Japan, Shigeru Ishiba, on his assumption of office. In his message, the President expressed confidence in further development of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and Japan, based on mutual understanding, equality and trust.

On October 1, a meeting took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan between Deputy Foreign Minister Ahmet Gurbanov and Masaki Ishikawa, the Special Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for Central Asia and the Caucasus.
