Oriented on making people closer

The Turkmen State Institute of Finance has announced the VII Economics Olympiad, dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the introduction of Turkmenistan’s national currency, the manat.

Students from all higher education institutions in the country are invited to participate. Each university may send up to four students. The Olympiad will be held online on October 28 at 3:00 PM.

Participants will need to answer 50 test questions on economic theory, macroeconomics, and the monetary-credit system. Each correct answer will earn two points, with a maximum possible score of 100 points. Winners will be determined in both individual and team categories and will receive I, II, and III degree diplomas.

The Olympiad is held annually by the Turkmen State Institute of Finance on the occasion of National Currency Day, which is celebrated on November 1. The event aims to strengthen students’ theoretical knowledge, develop professional skills, and promote collaboration and experience exchange between universities.
