Turkmenistan will become a center of international dialogue in technology and transport this November

From November 12 to 14, Turkmenistan will host the International Exhibition and Scientific Conference “Turkmentel-2025” and the International Conference and Exhibition “International Transport and Transit Corridors: Interconnection and Development – 2025.” For the first time, these two large-scale forums will be held on a single platform, allowing participants to discuss prospects for digitalization, innovation, and transport integration in the context of sustainable development.

According to the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan, this significant event in the region’s information and communication technology sector will serve as a platform for the exchange of experience, ideas, and achievements in the field of high technologies. The forum will bring together representatives of government agencies, international organizations, scientists, experts, and businessmen from Turkmenistan and other countries.

The main focus will be on showcasing achievements and discussing challenges in the areas of digital development, telecommunications, satellite technologies, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Within the framework of “Turkmentel-2025,” an award ceremony for the winners of the “Digital Solution-2025” innovation contest will also take place.

At the same time, participants will discuss the development of international transport and transit corridors. Turkmenistan, consistently implementing its transport and communication strategy, continues to strengthen its position as a major logistics hub of regional and global importance.

It should be noted that Turkmenistan’s initiatives in this area have received wide support from the international community. Notably, at the 70th plenary meeting of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly, a resolution was adopted declaring November 26 as World Sustainable Transport Day.

The exhibition section of the forum will present the achievements of Turkmenistan’s transport and communication complex, including promising projects and solutions aimed at expanding international partnerships and attracting investment in the sector.
