The modern city taxi service, "Online Taxi," has commenced operations in Turkmenabat, as reported by the "Turkmenavtoulaglary" Agency. Taxis can be ordered twenty-four hours a day by dialing the short number 0655.

This project, implemented jointly by the "Lebap awtoulag" production association and "Awtomobil Ulag Hyzmaty" OJSC, aims to enhance the quality of transport services in the region. The service offers an efficient and accessible mode of urban transportation, thereby increasing the comfort of journeys.

Among its advantages is an automated notification system: clients receive SMS confirmations of their order and the estimated arrival time of the vehicle. This approach facilitates effective route planning and minimizes waiting times.

According to the agency, the launch of "Online Taxi" in Turkmenabat signifies an expansion of the service's successful operations from the capital. This service has already garnered positive feedback in Ashgabat and is now extending its presence into Lebap velayat, contributing to the development of urban infrastructure and improved transport accessibility.
