Turkmen student became the best in the CIS

Hallynyaz Babayev, a 4th-year student at the International University of Oil and Gas named after Y. Kakayev, has been awarded a first-degree diploma at the international competition "Best Student of CIS 2025". This achievement was announced on the website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
The competition was organized by the "Bilim-orkenieti" National Innovative Research Center of Kazakhstan in collaboration with the "Academy of Best Students".
The competition jury highly praised the Turkmen student's contributions to the development of science, art, and sports. As a result, Hallynyaz Babayev has joined the ranks of the "Best Students of CIS". He was also presented with a badge of honor.
