The State Concern "Turkmennebit" on behalf of the Tender Commission announces an international tender for the procurement of the following lot:

Lot No. 2 – General Plant, Technological, Drilling Equipment

You are invited to submit an application at the following address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Shaýoly, 56, 4th floor, State Concern "Turkmennebit":

– Submit an application (applications from participants registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) expressing the intention to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, their legal status, country of registration, and contact details;

– Review the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs", an excerpt from the "Tender Procedure Rules", and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;

– Obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and key contract conditions;

– Receive the payment invoice in the amount of 575 USD (including VAT) or its equivalent in manat for participation in the tender, which is free of charge.

All interested potential suppliers may participate in the above-mentioned tender.

All necessary information can be downloaded from the websites: www.turkmennebit.gov.tm, www.oilgas.gov.tm, or obtained at the address mentioned above.

Tender offers will be accepted for 30 (thirty) working days from the official publication date in the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper, but no later than 16:00 (local time) on the 30th working day.

Proposals received after the established deadline will not be considered.

The account details for transferring the funds will be provided upon submission of the written application.

A sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal, stamped with the official seal, must be delivered to the address mentioned above starting from the date of the announcement's publication and will be considered only after the funds are received in the account. The tender envelope must contain an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main contract conditions (in "Word" format), and the technical-economic specification (in "Excel" format).
