The head of the Astrakhan Oblast noted that the region is actively developing its transport and logistics infrastructure and becoming an important transit center for commodity exchange. In particular, this is facilitated by the Caspian cluster, which combines special port and economic zones, where several large residents are already successfully operating.

"For instance, since last year, a Russian-Turkmen company has been implementing a project for the construction of a milling complex. Synchronizing the work of government authorities with the business community is very important for expanding logistics chains and developing cooperation", Babushkin wrote on his social media pages.
