Oriented on making people closer

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has received many congratulations on his birthday from heads of state and government, prominent political figures of different countries. These letters reflect high appreciation and ambitious plans for joint work with Turkmenistan.

In his congratulations, Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized that Serdar Berdimuhamedov is a “consistent supporter of the development of deep strategic partnership relations” between Russia and Turkmenistan. He expressed confidence that “constructive joint work on topical issues of the bilateral and international agenda” will continue for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries, in the interests of ensuring security, stability and prosperity in Central Asia and the Caspian region.

Chinese President Xi Jinping noted: “Last year, we met twice, jointly announced the elevation of Chinese-Turkmen relations to the level of a comprehensive strategic partnership, as well as the implementation of a community of common destiny for China and Turkmenistan, outlined new plans to strengthen the traditional friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.”

“I pay great attention to the development of Chinese-Turkmen relations,” Jinping emphasized and expressed readiness to work together to further develop the multifaceted partnership.

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the effective work of Serdar Berdimuhamedov as head of state and the policy of positive neutrality serve as a guarantee of the sustainable development of fraternal Turkmenistan, improving the well-being of citizens and strengthening the authority of Ashgabat in the international arena. He also emphasized the importance of further deepening bilateral relations in the spirit of friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership.

Emomali Rahmon, President of Tajikistan, noted the deep interest in the comprehensive development of Tajik-Turkmen relations of friendship and cooperation in line with the deep strategic partnership. "I am confident that through joint efforts we will continue to promote the expansion of the entire range of multifaceted relations between Tajikistan and Turkmenistan in accordance with the fundamental interests of our fraternal peoples."

Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan, expressed confidence that “joint efforts” will help continue to develop relations between countries bound by ties of friendship and good neighborliness.

Sadyr Japarov, President of Kyrgyzstan, stressed that thanks to the political will and professionalism of Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Turkmenistan is “developing at a rapid pace,” and joint efforts will help expand Kyrgyz-Turkmen cooperation.

Other leaders, including Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, also expressed sincere wishes for good health and success in government work. Lukashenko noted that the effective work of the head of Turkmenistan is the key to the country's sustainable development.

These congratulations not only express respect and good wishes, but also emphasize the willingness of world partners to expand cooperation with Turkmenistan.

Congratulatory messages to the President of Turkmenistan were also received from Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko, Governor of the Astrakhan Region Igor Babushkin, member of the ruling family in the State of Qatar Faisal bin Nasser bin Hamad Al Thani, and others.
