I really like to add chili to different dishes or just have it with a meal, for example, with “unash” soup. It is especially useful as a natural antimicrobial agent. I add hot peppers to pilaf, fitchi, samsa, pies, etc. Meat, fish and poultry dishes are well absorbed with the addition of a “hot helper”. Of course, I do not abuse, I consume a little and therefore I do not feel any negative effect, Zulkhumar says.

And the cultivation of chili (red hot pepper) seedlings does not cause any particular difficulties. The fruits ripen 17-18 weeks after germination. Taking these terms into account, the seeds should be sown. The plant itself can reach a height of 60–70 centimeters. It has a branched stem and no particular difficulties in growing.
Red pepper is one of the ten most useful edible plants. It is used in pharmaceuticals for the manufacture of more than 1300 types of medicines around the world. And it is no coincidence that pepper is so popular in countries with hot climates. This plant acts on the microflora of the oral cavity, destroying pathogenic bacteria, and then the effect of cleansing the body of microbes spreads on the entire body. This hot spice not only kills harmful bacteria and simple parasites, but, if consumed correctly, can completely cleanse the body.
Although it is scientifically proven that the consumption of hot pepper prolongs life, the overconsumption can harm health. Therefore, the therapeutic dose should be small.
Peppers are dried, ground, pickled, added to fried or baked dishes, smoked, and used to season hot sauces. But in addition to food use, the very hot varieties are used in pain relievers such as patches, ointments and tinctures. Hot baths with pepper solution are used in case of insufficient blood circulation in the legs. And pepper tinctures and just pepper is useful for any kind of shock, fainting or heart attacks.
Pepper capsaicin is also used in more domestic items. For example, capsaicin is found in pepper gas, which is often used to protect crops from small pests and large animals.
