An online educational seminar "Digital World: Youth" was held in the Central Building of public organizations of Turkmenistan. Development. The future."

The seminar on educational programs was attended by students and teachers from all universities of the country via videoconference. Along with the issues of the formation of the digital economy, the seminar dealt with such a topic as the importance of cybergramme. In the context of increasing the level of cyberculture of society, the speakers discussed its technological, legal, socio-psychological aspects.

The conference was moderated by Gurbanmyrat Muhammedov, Head of the Organizational Department of the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, speeches were made by Serdar Gayypov, Chairman of the Mejlis Committee; Allamyrat Amandurdiyev, Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Minors and Youth Affairs of the Prosecutor General's Office; Yazpolat Keriyev, Chairman of the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization; Shatlyk Silapov, representative of the State Migration Service; Annageldi Khidyrov, programmer of the Software Creation and Support Department of the EAC Internet Technology CenterTurkmentelecom"; Berdimyrat Orazov, Head of the Department of Digital Economics at the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management and Merdan Yagshyev, representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The meeting was organized jointly by the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization and the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

Online seminar "Digital world: Youth. Development. The Future" was aimed at contributing to the solution of the tasks that were set at the meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan chaired by Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the successful implementation of the program "Socio-economic development and investments of Turkmenistan for 2024". The event was also educational in order to familiarize students and working youth more closely with the national legislative framework of the digital sphere, including the laws "On electronic Document, electronic document management and digital services", "On Communications", "On legal regulation of the development of the Internet and the provision of Internet services in Turkmenistan", "On information and its protection", "On the protection of information in the state information systems of Turkmenistan", "On cybersecurity".
