The American corporation Apple intends to rebrand the name of the Apple ID account.
It will be called "Apple Account".
The new name is already in use. For example, on the Apple website to view your Apple ID balance.
Apple is expected to rebrand at the end of 2024 with the release of iOS 18 and macOS 15 operating systems.
An Apple ID is used to access Apple services such as the AppStore, iCloud, and Apple Music. Through Apple ID, Apple services are synchronized between devices within the ecosystem.
