Turkmenistan exported natural gas in January-November 13.8% higher than planned
From January to November, Turkmenistan exported natural gas in volumes 13.8% higher than planned for this period. At the same time, based on the results of 11 months, the plan for the production of natural and associated gas was fulfilled by 107.6%, for the production of liquefied gas - by 116.1%, gasoline - by 103%, diesel fuel - by 102.8%, lubricating oils – by 104.5%.
Deputy Prime Minister Batyr Amanov reported to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov about such indicators for the fuel and energy sectors at a meeting of the Turkmen government on Friday, December 8.
The Deputy Prime Minister also informed about the preparation of ceremonial events in the capital and regions of the country on the occasion of Day of Oil and Gas Industry and Geology Workers, which is celebrated annually on December 14. Its appearance in the calendar of significant dates in Turkmenistan is associated with an important event in 2009 - the commissioning of the Turkmenistan-China gas pipeline.
