— Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition for foreign citizens, including applicants from Turkmenistan, stateless persons and compatriots living abroad, on a budgetary basis of training is carried out from 14/11/2022 to 24/02/2023.

— Entrance tests within the framework of the competition for citizens of Turkmenistan are conducted in the form of a competition of documents (portfolio).

— All necessary documents can be submitted electronically through the Personal Account on the official website of St. Petersburg State University: cabinet.spbu.ru

— The list of required documents is published on the Admissions Committee website.

— By what criteria are the participants evaluated?

— The criteria for evaluating individual achievements are placed in the list of the main educational programs for which admission has been announced during an open competition (bachelor's degree and specialty, as well as master's degree), and in the list of training programs for scientific and scientific-pedagogical cadres in graduate school.

— Yes, the acceptance of documents within the framework of the competition for places with tuition fees is carried out from 03.04.2023 to 16.06.2023. We add that the current tuition fee for the 2023/24 academic year will be published no later than 06/01/2023 on the website of the Admissions Committee of SPSU.

It is worth noting that the diploma of St. Petersburg State University of the Russian Federation is recognized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
