Oriented on making people closer

The respectable «Garagum” hotel in the north of Ashgabat is preparing to be commissioned along with new parks in the Turkmen capital. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister Charymyrat Purchekov during a meeting held by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with members of the government and other leaders on Monday.

As the head of state noted, the new hotel will become the venue for an important international event this year, in connection with which the president ordered to provide the appropriate service at the highest level, including Internet communications.

The “Garagum” hotel with a business center is located at the intersection of Niyazov Avenue and Khoja Akhmet Yasavi Street. The complex, unique in architecture and design, is intended to become a symbol of the traditions of hospitality for which the Turkmen people are famous.

The flowing contours of the building with golden glazing are reminiscent of the sandy waves of the Karakum Desert-the geographical brand of Turkmenistan. The author of the project managed to harmoniously weave the national flavor into modern construction trends. The entire complex "Garagum" occupies almost seven hectares, and its height is 40 meters.
