The solemn opening of the IV Festival of Literature and Books of the Turkic World (IV LitBookFest) took place in the park of the Academy of Sciences, in front of the main building of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, with Turkmenistan among the participating nations.

Informational and educational events aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, fostering an interest in sports, and raising legal awareness in the field of traffic regulations among young industry workers were held at the institutions and enterprises of the "Türkmenaragatnaşyk" ("Turkmencommunication") Agency.

On May 23rd, the Vice-President of the University of Le Havre (France), J.-N. Castorion, and the Director of International Relations, P. Barthélemy, visited Magtymguly Turkmen State University. Their visit to Turkmenistan was aimed at strengthening academic cooperation.

Turkmenistan is actively developing its partnership with the OSCE, focusing on the energy transition, the training of qualified personnel, and the development of the necessary educational infrastructure. These issues were discussed at an inaugural meeting held on May 22-23.
