The online conference with participation of Turkmen and German physicians
In the International Education Centre of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry the online meeting with participation of Head of the Institute for Virology of the Essen University Hospital (Germany) Adalbert Krawczyk and experts of association "Turkmendermansenagat", Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and several establishments of public health services of the country took place. During the event cooperation in issues of treatment of infectious diseases, and also uses in treatment of various diseases of liquorice root and glycyrrhizinic acid which it contains, were discussed. At the meeting it was once again confirmed that liquorice root in scientific and national medicine for a long time has become one of the best drugs for treatment for cough, illnesses of the upper respiratory tracts and duodenum. It was also noted that natural medicines are easily absorbed, do not produce side effects and keep all curative properties which are always lost at processing by means of technologies. At the meeting issues of strengthening of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Germany in science and realisation of regular dialogue between experts, representatives of science and experts in the field of public health services were also discussed.
