Oriented on making people closer

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations to Federal President of the Republic of Austria Alexander Van der Bellen on the occasion of National Day of the Republic of Austria. This holiday is celebrated annually on October 26 in honor of the country's adoption of the law on permanent neutrality in 1955.

In his message, the head of state emphasized his warm memories of his personal meeting with the Austrian President, which took place on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

President Berdimuhamedov noted the consistent development of interstate relations based on mutual understanding and trust, and expressed confidence in the further strengthening of fruitful cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Austria.

Taking the opportunity, the head of Turkmenistan expressed his sincere wishes for good health and well-being to President Alexander Van der Bellen, and peace, continued progress, and prosperity to all the people of the Republic of Austria.
