Oriented on making people closer

On behalf of the people and government of Turkmenistan, and on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov and the entire fraternal nation on Independence Day.

The message notes that the traditionally fraternal relations between Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan, based on the principles of good neighborliness, friendship and trust, are now being filled with new content. Kyrgyzstan is an important partner for Turkmenistan in the sphere of interstate contacts, trade, energy and cultural exchange.

The head of state expressed confidence that, thanks to joint efforts, bilateral ties will continue to expand and strengthen for the benefit of the two fraternal peoples. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished President Sadyr Japarov health, happiness and well-being, and the people of Kyrgyzstan - peace, progress and prosperity.

In recent years, Turkmen-Kyrgyz relations have demonstrated high dynamics both at the level of political dialogue and in the framework of interaction on regional issues. First of all, this applies to the rapidly developing diplomatic platform "Central Asia +", on the basis of which a productive dialogue of all five countries of the region with external partners is being built.
