Oriented on making people closer

With the aim of providing domestic agricultural producers with essential phosphorus fertilizers, as well as establishing the production of new types of mineral fertilizers, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a corresponding Resolution.

According to the document, the State Concern "Türkmenhimiýa" has been authorized to enter into a contract with the South Korean company Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd for the design and construction of a production complex on the basis of the S.A. Niyazov Türkmenabat Chemical Plant.

The new complex will have an annual production capacity of 350 thousand tons of superphosphate and 100 thousand tons of ammonium sulfate. The implementation of this project is intended to contribute to the development of the country's agro-industrial sector, enhance the level of food security, and strengthen the export potential of Turkmenistan's chemical industry.
