The State Concern "Türkmennebit," on behalf of the tender commission, announces an open international tender for procurement under the following lot:

Lot No. 3 – Electrical, geophysical, control and measuring equipment, communication equipment, and construction materials

You are invited to apply at the following address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 56, 4th floor, SC "Turkmennebit":

– Submit an application (applications from participants registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, and details.

– Familiarize yourself with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, Provision of Services for State Needs," with an extract from the "Rules for Conducting a Tender" and a list of documents required for participation in the tender.

– Obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and basic terms of the contract.

– Obtain an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 575 US dollars (including VAT) or the equivalent in manats per lot for participation in the tender on a non-refundable basis.

All interested potential suppliers may participate in the above-mentioned tender.

All necessary information can be downloaded from the following websites: www.turkmennebit.gov.tm, www.oilgas.gov.tm, or obtained at the above address.

Tender offers are accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of official publication of the tender announcement in the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper, but no later than 4:00 PM local time on the 30th working day.

Offers received after the above deadline will not be considered.

The account for transferring funds will be indicated upon submission of a written application.

One sealed envelope with a complete tender offer, certified with a wet (ink) seal, must be delivered to the above address from the date of publication of the announcement and will be accepted for consideration after receipt of funds into the account. The tender envelope must include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the basic terms of the contract (in Word format), and the feasibility study (in Excel format).
