Toyota is actively working on new models: a completely new Corolla (13th generation) will be released in 2026, but even earlier, this year, the release of a new Hilux is expected. The SUV will appear in one of the key markets — Thailand — under the designation Hilux Travo. The corresponding name has already been registered with the local patent office.

The 2025 Toyota Hilux will be built on the TNGA-F platform and will receive a completely new design for the front and rear. Inside, however, the pickup will replicate the interior of the new Camry. The 2025 Hilux will retain its diesel engine (depending on the market and model, the diesel engine power is 2.4 liters, 2.5 liters, 2.8 liters, and 3.0 liters) and may receive electric power steering.
