Talks Between the Foreign Ministers of Turkmenistan and the Netherlands Took Place in The Hague

Intensifying direct contacts between business circles, joint projects in port infrastructure, agricultural technology, and energy, as well as expanding educational partnerships are the focus of bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
A special place in the dialogue today was given to the Akhal-Teke World Championships and international equestrian competitions taking place in Cronenberg, highlighting the growing interest of the European side in the national cultural heritage and traditions of Turkmen horse breeding.
Practical aspects of expanding multifaceted partnerships and key issues on the international agenda were discussed by Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov and Dutch Foreign Minister Tom Berendsen during a working meeting held on September 3 in The Hague.
The parties reaffirmed their commitment to the principles of permanent neutrality and political and diplomatic methods for resolving global issues, and agreed to continue regular consultations to deepen economic and humanitarian cooperation.
