Oriented on making people closer

Turkmen weightlifter Anamdzhan Rustamova won silver at the Grand Prix tournament in weightlifting, which was held from December 9 to 15, 2023 in the capital of Qatar, Doha.

Anamjan competed in the up to 87 kg weight category and showed her best result in her career. So, in the double event she lifted 231 kg – 105 kg in the snatch and 126 kg in the clean and jerk.

The Grand Prix weightlifting tournament in Doha became a qualifier for the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024.
