Confectionery factory "Burkut" - on the way of expanding the range of confectionery products!
14.12.2023 | 02:00 |The next enterprise we have visited within the framework of the USAID’s Trade Central Asia activity, as a part of the Export Ecosystem Development Initiative in cooperation with the Orient Information Portal, was the confectionery factory "Burkut". Director of the confectionery factory Hudaiberdiev Azatgeldi Dortgulyevich shared his experience in doing export activities.
The "Burkut" factory is a young enterprise founded in 2017. At present, the factory produces various types of chewing, soft and hard caramels with fruit and milk flavors, chocolate dragees, bakery products using modern European equipment. Products of the Burkut Confectionery Factory are known under the trademarks “Fam”, “Diba”, “Alam”, “Läle Fam”, “Tuby”, “Lu Lu”, “Sim”, “Hawar” and “Dürdäne”.
The quality of products is ensured through the use of natural, environmentally friendly raw materials from European and Russian manufacturers. The factory pays special attention to the quality and safety of incoming raw materials, each batch undergoes rigorous laboratory control, including the testing to identify the presence of genetically modified ingredients.
The factory passed the certification audit conducted by SGS in May 2018, and as a result of which it received certificates for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 for quality management systems and food safety.
During the interview, the director of the confectionery factory told us about their future plans. In the nearest future it is planned to expand the range of confectionery products, including the production of dessert pastes, wafers and cookies of various kinds.
