 IE "Turkmen Chyragy" - a business that supports other businesses

The next entrepreneur who shared his export experience within the framework of the USAID’s Trade Central Asia activity, as a part of the Export Ecosystem Development Initiative was Batyr Kulbayev, the head of the Individual enterprise “Turkmen Chyragy” and the member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

The individual enterprise “Turkmen Chyragy”, established in Ahal velayat in 2020, is developing rapidly now. Having young specialists and equipped with modern equipment, the company produces and sells various types of polypropylene bags, bag fabrics, polypropylene threads, multifilament yarn and ground cover. Striving for long-term profitable relationships, today the company has many reliable partners in the domestic market and abroad. For the production of consumer goods the enterprise receives 4 thousand tons of polypropylene per year from the Turkmenbashi oil refinery complex and Gyyanly polymer plant.

To carry out high-quality production, equipment from Austria, India, and Turkey was installed at the production site. More than 100 specialists work at the enterprise in three continuous shifts. The company's products are widely used in food, agricultural, chemical and industrial complexes. Most of the products are exported. “Chyrag” trademarked products are exported to countries such as Russia, Turkey, Romania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, and Afghanistan by railway and road transport.
