Oriented on making people closer

The climate and eco-festival entitled "Let's Save the Earth together" was held on Sunday, October 15, on the territory of the joint Turkmen-Turkish school in Ashgabat.

The "green" action was organized by the Embassies of Britain and the Republic of Turkey, eco-blogger Gulnara Tayjanova, young SDG ambassadors and climate activists.

In addition to the performances of singers and interactive discussions on stage, the festival visitors had an opportunity to visit thematic sessions, a screening of films about ecology, an exhibition of photographs telling about the negative consequences of climate change and much more.

A kids zone was provided for the youngest visitors, while eco-products, 3D printing demonstrations, and robotics were presented for a more adult audience... In general, everyone was able to find something to their liking.

The eco-festival is being held in Ashgabat for the second time. It was first organized in October last year and gathered more than three thousand visitors.
