According to the organization, the molecular marker used is certified according to international standards and is safe for both fuel and the environment. Quality certificates for the marker, which are issued by an independent international company, confirm its compliance with global standards. The fuel labelling program using a molecular marker has been developed in collaboration with international experts. This marker penetrates into the molecular structure of fuel and is resistant to leaching, which allows to ensure reliable identification of fuel with the help of special devices. To date, “Uchkun” OJSC is ready to implement fuel marking throughout Kyrgyzstan. In addition, specialists of the international company conducted trainings and practical sessions with the employees of “Uchkun” OJSC on safety techniques when working with the marker at oil depots and refineries.
