Presidents of the African Women's Association and of the International Forum BRICS will take part in the women's track at KazanForum 2024

The “Women’s View” track at the XV International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum” will bring together famous foreign speakers from almost 80 countries.
President of the International BRICS Forum Purnima Anand (India) is expected to participate in the track; Head of the African Women's Association, Mayor of Afanlum Meiange Epse Noah Mrai Angel (Cameroon); founder and creative director of the Kanzi brand Raghda Taryam (UAE); Chairman of the House of Samira Maatouk Samira Maatouk - (UAE - Lebanon) and others.
Over the course of three days, from May 15 to 17, experts will discuss the following topics: “The role of women in politics”, “Traditional family spiritual values - a resource for economic development”, “Success story: personal experience”, “Islamic fashion: national motifs and accessories ", "Women for a healthy society: advanced ideas, projects, technologies that unite countries".
The track will be organized by the Eurasian Women's Forum, the Women's Union of Russia, and the association of women deputies “Merkhemet - Mercy” in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The “Women’s View” venue is prepared in a special way every year. The track pavilion is created with great care and careful selection of scenery. For example, in 2023 the stands were decorated with fresh flowers. And at KazanForum-2024 the pavilion will be turned into a library hall. This is symbolic, since Russia is recognized as one of the most reading countries in the world.
Also within the framework of the forum, the conference “The Role of UNESCO World Cultural Heritage in the Sustainable Development of Regions”, a meeting of the Strategic Vision Group “Russia - Islamic World”, the international exhibition “Russia Halal Expo 2024”, as well as the international trade fair Kazan Halal Market will be held.
KazanForum 2024 will be held from May 14 to 19 at the Kazan Expo IEC. Registration for participation is open on official website of the event.
