Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov met on Monday with the new Kazakh ambassador to Ashgabat, Askar Tazhibaev.

On the occasion of the International Mother Earth Day, on 22 April, UNDP Turkmenistan, together with the Nature Protection Society of Turkmenistan and other national partners, organized the “Green Games” for students at school No 1 of Anev town, Ahal velayat.

Orazmyrat Gurbannazarov has been relieved of the post of Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan for health reasons. A decree to this effect was signed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Tuesday.

The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the countries of the Dialogue "Central Asia + Japan" held the 8th meeting on Friday via videoconference. The diplomats discussed topical issues of cooperation and key topics on the international agenda.
