China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd., a branch of China National Petroleum Corporation, announces tender No. CIT 26003 MR for the supply of vehicles (Lot 1, 2026) for the needs of China National Petroleum Corporation, Turkmenistan.
1. Basic Information

Tender Purpose: To provide the CNPC International Turkmenistan fleet with vehicles that meet the company's technical and operational requirements.
2. Subject of the Tender
Supply of vehicles according to the specifications approved by the Organizer. Detailed requirements for the vehicles, their configuration, delivery times, and warranty service will be provided to prequalified bidders.
3. Participant Requirements
Legal entities meeting the following criteria are invited to participate: Proven experience in supplying vehicles over the past three (3) years. Provision of complete and accurate information about the company and its core business. For local companies, a valid Certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan is required.
4. Application Form
Interested companies are required to submit a set of documents, including: A completed and signed Tender Application (form available upon request). Brief company information: full name, legal address, and bank details; Description of primary activities;
Information on key projects and achievements.
Supporting documentation of supply experience (contracts, certificates of completion, customer reviews, etc.).
Certificate of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (for local companies).
5. Document Submission and Processing Procedure
Prequalification documents must be prepared and submitted as follows:
prepared in Russian and English (bilingual version);
bound, numbered, and certified with the organization's seal;
packed in a hermetically sealed envelope with the following external markings: Name of the Organizer;
Sender's details;
Tender number and title (No. CIT 26003 MR, "Supply of Vehicles in 2026, Lot 1");
Accompanied by a cover letter in 2 (two) copies (one original and one copy);
Include an electronic copy of the entire set of documents (scanned versions in full), enclosed in the envelope.
