The application must be on the Applicant's official letterhead, addressed to the branch manager, signed by an authorized representative, and sealed. The application must include the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, and bank details. Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted.
Terms of Reference:
After submitting an application, participants will receive the terms of reference via the specified email address.
Tender Proposal Form:
Proposals must be submitted as electronic PDF files with a duplicate in Excel format, archived in RAR format. Files must be password-protected with at least 8 characters.
Submission Deadline:
Within 10 business days from the date of official publication in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper on the website www.oilgas.gov.tm. No later than 6:00 PM local time on the 10th business day. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
