The congress "Intellectual Code of the Commonwealth" will be held in Saint Petersburg
The International Scientific and Educational Congress of CIS Member States, "The Intellectual Code of the Commonwealth," will be held in St. Petersburg on October 30–31, 2025. The forum, organized by the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly and the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, will take place at the headquarters of the Interparliamentary Assembly.
The congress aims to discuss best practices in science and education and to identify new avenues for cooperation among CIS countries. "The Intellectual Code of the Commonwealth" will serve as a platform for dialogue among scientists, educators, experts, government and business representatives, and young researchers. The forum is expected to strengthen the scientific and intellectual ties that have been established between the Commonwealth nations.
The business program is currently being developed and will include plenary sessions, discussion panels, project exhibitions, master classes, and training sessions. Registration for the congress is available on the official website and will remain open until October 27.
