CNPC announces pre-qualification process for gas processing plant-2 expansion tender in Lebap velayat
The Turkmenistan Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. has announced a pre-qualification process for tender No. CIT-24148-Sr. The tender concerns the provision of services for the expansion of production capacities of technological units at Gas Processing Plant-2 (GPP-2) of Block “B” within the “Bagtyýarlyk” contractual territory in Lebap velayat.
Conditions for Participation in the Pre-Qualification Process:
The application for participation must include:

A statement of intent to participate in the tender;

Brief information about the company, including a description of its experience, core business activities, legal status, registration, and licensing details;

Financial statements for the last three years;

Confirmation of experience in executing similar projects over the past five years;

A certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan;
-
An official letter confirming readiness to provide a bank guarantee.
Documents will be accepted within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement. Applications received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
The pre-qualification documents must be: prepared in Russian and English; bound, numbered, stamped, and submitted in sealed envelopes (two hard copies and a scanned version).
