During the winter holidays, pupils of "Döwletliler köşgi" in Ashgabat visited the Botanical Garden. This was reported on the website of the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov.

Specialists, researchers, and lecturers of the garden told the guests about the structure of the Botanical Garden, about trees, flowers, and plants brought to Turkmenistan from abroad and adapted to local soil and climatic conditions.

They also presented the results of the research project "Ornithofauna and Ecology of the Botanical Garden", conducted at the Turkmen Agricultural University.

Exotic plants, including ficuses, palms, and banana greenhouses, made a special impression on the young visitors. They expressed a desire to return to the Botanical Garden again.
