CNPC Branch in Turkmenistan announces a pre-qualification process for the following tender
The Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation "International Ltd." in Turkmenistan announces a pre-qualification process for a tender for the provision of acid treatment and hydraulic fracturing services (AT and HF) in 2025–2027.
Required equipment and personnel for the services:

Various high-pressure pumps, manifolds, real-time monitoring system, vehicles for materials, equipment and personnel, a system for mixing various chemical reagents, laboratory, flow assurance (FA), tubing (NKT), completion tools and others.

Highly qualified crew for performing services at gas fields with abnormally high formation pressure (AHFP) and the presence of corrosive components.
Any company interested in this tender may submit an application for participation in the tender by providing the following documents:

Official application for participation in the tender with the seal and signature of the head of the company.

Brief information about the company, indicating the main activities/business, full name of the company and legal status, structure and organization.

Registration documents of the participating company.

Financial statements for the last 3 years, approved by an audit firm.

Experience in providing AT and HF services for the last 3 years.

Availability of necessary equipment, current condition and location.

A copy of the registration certificate of membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
The deadline for submitting applications is within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of the tender announcement in the media. Pre-qualification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Pre-qualification documents of interested companies must be prepared in English and Russian and provided in bound and numbered form in hermetically sealed envelopes, certified with a seal and with a cover letter (in 2 copies, and a scanned version of the document in full is mandatory). The envelope must indicate the name of the addressee, sender, tender number and name.
