In Turkmenistan Christmas services were held in Orthodox churches

On the night of January 7, traditional festive services were held in all Orthodox churches in Turkmenistan.

Worshippers gathered to celebrate one of the main Christian holidays and to pray. According to good tradition, Christmas fairs are held on this day.

Currently, there are 12 Orthodox churches operating in Turkmenistan, and thousands of believers gathered in them this Christmas Eve. The rituals and festive fairs have become a traditional conclusion to the Nativity Fast.
