The State Concern "Türkmennebit" announces an international tender for the purchase of drilling and technological equipment
The State Concern "Türkmennebit," on behalf of the tender commission, announces an open international tender No. 161 for the purchase under the following lot:
Lot No. 2 – General Plant, Technological, and Drilling Equipment.
Participants are invited to submit an application at the following address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 56, 4th floor, State Concern "Türkmennebit":
– Submit an application (applications from participants registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) expressing their intention to participate in the tender, including the full name of the participant, their legal status, country of registration, and contact details;
– Familiarize themselves with the Turkmenistan Law "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs," an excerpt from the "Tender Procedure Rules," and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;
– Obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and the main contract terms;
– Receive a payment invoice for the amount of 575 USD (including VAT) or its equivalent in manat for the lot, for participation in the tender, free of charge.
All interested potential suppliers are invited to participate in the above-mentioned tender.
All necessary information can be downloaded from the following email addresses: www.turkmennebit.gov.tm, www.oilgas.gov.tm or obtained at the above address.
Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the official publication of the tender announcement in the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper, but no later than 16:00 (local time). Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
The payment account details will be provided upon submission of the written application.
One sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal, certified with a wax seal, must be delivered to the above-mentioned address from the date of publication of the announcement and will be considered only after the funds are received in the account. The tender envelope must include, without fail, the electronic version of the application form, the main contract terms (in "Word" format), and the technical and economic specification (in "Excel" format).
