Iranian airline operates first "women-only" flight

Aseman Airlines has conducted its first flight with only women passengers in Iran. This was reported by the local news agency IRNA.
The flight arrived in the holy city of Mashhad in the northeast of the country. It was piloted by Shahrzad Shams, Iran's first female pilot. There were 110 female passengers on board.
According to the source, the flight took place on December 22, coinciding with Mother's Day in Iran this year.
